Requirements
- Duly completed Account Opening Form
- Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
- CAC Status Report
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (MEMART) / Company Constitution
- Board Resolution authorising the opening of the account and the authorised signatories
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid National Identification Number (NIN) of all authorised signatories
- Valid means of identification for all authorised signatories (National ID Card, International Passport, Driver's Licence, or Voter's Card)
- Recent utility bill (electricity, water, or rent receipt)
- Two (2) recent passport photographs of each authorised signatory
- Two (2) acceptable current account referees
